Kern Management Ltd was formed as an independent company in May 1998 by Robert O'Brien FRICS, formerly a director of Beard Dove (now Capita Plc). Our staff possess a wide range of professional and technical skills and expertise. We have a client base within both private and public sectors.

Kern Management Ltd offers a full spectrum of high quality, property and construction advisory services. The Director and associated staff have combined knowledge and expertise which has won them a diverse range of projects from within the building, facilities management and property industries.
